Ο Στέλιος ασχολείται με τον αθλητισμό από την ηλικία των 12 ετών. Όλα αυτά τα χρόνια ασχολήθηκε με το μπάσκετ, το kick boxing, το μποξ, το BJJ και φυσικά το CrossFit. Είναι αθλητής CrossFit από το 2012 με συμμετοχές σε αγώνες στην Ελλάδα και στο εξωτερικό.

Έχει συνεργαστεί με κορυφαίους προπονητές αρσης βαρών, γυμναστικής και πολεμικών τεχνών. Μέσα στα χρόνια, έχει μελετήσει διάφορες μεθόδους προγραμματισμού προκειμένου να βρει αυτό που λειτουργεί για εκείνον. Ο στόχος του είναι να σας βοηθήσει να βρείτε την καλύτερη έκδοση του εαυτού σας.

Σύντομο Βιογραφικό

Η Ειρήνη ασχολείται με τον αθλητισμό από την ηλικία των 14 ετών, παίζοντας μπάσκετ. Από τότε έχει ασχοληθεί με διάφορα αθλήματα όπως το kick boxing, το τένις και άλλα.
Από το 2017 είναι αθλήτρια CrossFit και εσωτερικού κωπηλατικού με πολλαπλές συμμετοχές σε αγώνες. Αφού ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές της ως Μηχανικός Μηχανικών, αποφάσισε να ακολουθήσει το όνειρό της και να γίνει εκπαιδευτής φυσικής κατάστασης.
Το όνειρό της είναι να κάνει τους εκπαιδευόμενους της να αγαπήσουν τη γυμναστική και να γίνουν η καλύτερη έκδοση τους.

Γεια σας! Είμαι ο Θάνος! Είμαι ενθουσιασμένος που ανήκω στην ομάδα του BTYProject και ανυπομονώ να μοιραστώ τις γνώσεις και την εμπειρία μου στo χώρο της φυσικής κατάστασης με τους εκπαιδευόμενους.
Από τότε που ήμουν παιδί, ασχολούμαι ασταμάτητα με τον αθλητισμό. Έπαιξα μπάσκετ για πολλά χρόνια, μερικά από αυτά επαγγελματικά, συμμετείχα σε αγώνες αντοχής και άλλα αθλήματα.
Τα τελευταία 7 χρόνια ασχολούμαι με τον τομέα του cross training και της γυμναστικής, έχοντας την εξειδίκευση και τις πιστοποιήσεις, αλλά πάνω απ’ όλα την κίνητρο για να τα διδάξω.

Hi I ‘m Thanos! I am excited to join the BTY Project team and look forward to imparting my knowledge and experience in the fitness industry to the trainees.
Since I was a child, I have been involved in sports non-stop. I played basketball for many years some of them professional, participated in distance races and other sports.
For the last 7 years I have been involved in the field of cross training and gymnastics, having the specialization and the certifications, but most of all the motivation for teaching them.

Eirini has been involved in sports since the age of 14, playing basketball. Since then she has been involved in different sports such as kick boxing , tennis and more.
Since 2017 she is CrossFit and indoor rowing athlete with many participations in competitions. After finishing her studies as a Mechanical Engineer, she decided to follow her dream and be a fitness trainer.
Her dream is to make her trainees love fitness and become the best version of themselves.

Short CV

Stelios has been involved in sports since the age of 12. All these years he has been involved in basketball, kick boxing, boxing, BJJ and of course CrossFit. He is a CrossFit athlete since 2012 with competitions in Greece and abroad.

He has worked with top weightlifting, gymnastics, and martial arts coaches. Over the years, he has studied various planning methods in order to find what works for
him. His goal is to help you find the best version of yourself.
