If you wish to change the product you received, please send us an email at info@btyproject.gr mentioning your order code and the new product you have selected. The first product change is free of charge. We will send you the new product, and you will return the old product to the courier service we collaborate with.
Alternatively, you can call us at 6947548782 to place a new order, always providing the old order code.
If you wish to receive a refund, please send us an email at info@btyproject.gr mentioning your order code and your request for a refund so that we can provide you with the refund details. If you have paid by cash on delivery or bank deposit, please also include in your email the following details for the refund: IBAN-BANK-ACCOUNT HOLDER NAME. The refund can be completed within 10 working days from the date we receive the products. The products are sent back at your own expense via courier service. For your convenience, we recommend you to choose the same courier service we used to send you the product.
If the buyer ships the products at the company’s expense, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
There are no refunds or changes to the training programs ordered. The buyer may cancel the scheduled training session at least 24 hours in advance upon prior notification to us. In this case it is possible to reschedule the session within a reasonable time after consultation. In case of cancellation of the scheduled training session after the above period, it is considered that the service has been provided and there is no right to refund or reschedule the session.
